Sometimes clients are looking for a company who can take their initial idea, which isn't even a physical or digital drawing at this stage, and create something which fits a need or a gap in the market and bring an idea to life. We have the extensive design and construction knowledge supported by formal design qualifications to allow us to do this in a efficient and effective manner.
Having rapid prototyping tools as well as CNC laser cutting and CNC routing machines means we can utilise a wealth of construction methodologies and not limit us to one fixed option. Sometimes we can suggest a more fitting design which has been considered with construction in mind and this often alleviates the slow down which can often occur between visualisation and construction if the designer has failed to consider this. This also allows us to rapidly develop design iterations and test multiple options ensuring we can achieve the best results through extensive testing in a shorter space of time.
We can be approached at any point along a clients product journey right from initial conception through to final designs ready for production in advance of launch. An example shown below shows a product which was at conception stage and we were presented with hand drawn sketches which we had to turn into a working design which we could then manufacture.
