One-off, Batch & Mass Production
We have many clients who require medium production runs of parts or components which only makes up a small part of their overall project. Upon request we can deliver in batches, to allow other aspects of their project to start, or simply deliver the entire order once complete.
Other clients may require one-off production methods, and some may require mass production, each of which can be accommodated for in a flexible and timely manner.
Laser cutting and engraving is ideal for making batches of the same product. CNC Laser cutting machines offer excellent accuracy and speed so repeatability is no problem even at a later date. We often produce guides and complex jigs to hold items in the correct location and orientation, which not only reduces loading and unloading time, but more importantly it ensures that each product in the batch is exactly the same. This also allows us to be confident in the quality assurance we provide, to all our clients, and we also carry out quality control checks throughout the production run to ensure we are only providing the highest quality parts which meet your understandably high expectations.
Laser Mass Production
We have a small amount of warehouse racking which we use to store both delivered stock prior to processing and cut parts, for clients, ready for them to be distributed to the requested locations. We also have onsite storage containers which can be utilised as stock storage if required.
